Replaceable needles for the DermaGene® Microluxe 4in1 Dermaroller.

The 0.5mm roller is recommended for moderate issues, skin tightening, mild wrinkles around the eyes, and improving skin texture.

It is recommended to replace the needles after 5-10 treatments, as they become blunt and ineffective over time. Keep track of the needle's lifespan and replace them when wear and tear is visible or noticeable.

All orders to Europe are shipped from our distribution centre in Hungary.

Returns Policy

We hope you love what you purchased. But in case you don't, you can send back the product within 14 days and get a full refund.

DermaGene will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products are unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

An exchange or refund will not be processed for products that have been used or damaged.
